These Terms of Use govern your use of the LensDays Tracker app.

App Usage

The App is provided “as is” for personal, non-commercial use.

The developer makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability or accuracy of results.

Subscriptions

The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time after purchase.

Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.

Changes and Termination

The developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
